House of Trebio Valente
On the façade of this house have been found numerous mural registrations that announced the shows of the Amphitheater. Inside there is a nice peristyle with an unusual decoration to chessboard painted; in the garden there was a fountain with a waterfall of 12 jets.

Schola Armaturarum
This building was built during the last years of the city and was used as a military association and armour depot. The broad room was closed with a wooden gate. On one of the walls there are cavities for the wooden shelving that contained the armours. The painted decoration alludes to the military nature of the building: war trophies, palm leaves, winged Victories and a candelabrum with eagle and globe.

House of Pinarius Cerialis
This house is known for the recovery of 114 gems, cameos and glassy tablets. The owner was an artist gemmarius, a carver of stones and gems like those found in his house, partly worked and partly raw. A notable cubicula of the ground floor leads to the portico of the garden, with a beautiful painting with Iphigenia in Táuride, inspired by the prospectuses of the scene of a theater (scænarum frontes).

House of the Moralist
It is so-called by the three mottos painted in a triclinium staircase. It is composes of two communicating houses of the families of T. Arrius Polites and M. Epidius Hymenæus (known as the Moralist). From the common atrium is possible to go up at the superior floor, with an open loggia on a big garden, under which there is the triclinium with three beds and the table; on the black background of the walls are painted in white three couplets with the rules of sobriety and temperance that had to be observed at lunch.

Sarno Gate
It is the gate situated at the end of Via dell’Abbondanza, the longest artery of the city, and it is the least preserved of the urban gates; during the time, in fact, its original conformation has nearly been lost.
